You're invited to the third annual Team Conference for Hospice and Palliative Care - a live, interdisciplinary event on Saturday, September 28 at the University of Maryland's School of Nursing. The Team Conference will be hosted by:
- HPNA
- Association of Professional Chaplains (APC)
- Physician Associates in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (PAHPM)
- Social Work Hospice + Palliative Care Network (SWHPN)
- Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists (SPPCP)
- Transforming Chaplaincy
Conference tracks will include grief and bereavement, team dynamics and symptom management.
Refund Policy:
Registration fees are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing to [email protected] by September 13, 2024. Cancellations received in writing between September 13-20 will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 days for refunds to be processed. After September 20, 2024, no refunds will be given. No memberships will be refunded.

By registering for this event, you understand that your image may appear in photographs and/or videos and grant HPNA the right to take and use photographs, audio, and/or videos of you and your property in connection with the event and publish the same pictures in print and/or electronically.
