HPNA, the Social Work Hospice and Palliative Care Network (SWHPN), and Transforming Chaplaincy invite you to the 2nd annual Team Conference for Hospice and Palliative Care #TC4HPC. The Team Conference brings the interdisciplinary hospice and palliative care team together to explore best practices that enhance the specialty and improve patient and caregiver outcomes. This conference aims for colleagues to connect with one another and leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired in their own journey as a health care provider.
Continuing Education
Attendees can earn up to 14 NCPD hours upon successful completion of this event. Successful completion includes attending the activity in its entirety, attesting to attendance, and completing/submitting the post-event evaluation within the timeframe specified.
The faculty and planners of this accredited continuing professional development activity have disclosed no relevant financial, professional, or personal relationship with ineligible companies pertaining to faculty selection, delivery, and evaluation of this conference.
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association is an accredited provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). Provider number P0284.
Cancellation Policy
Registrants must place a cancellation request in writing up to three weeks prior to the event to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than one week prior to the event will not be refunded. Please contact the HPNA education department about cancellations at [email protected].
TC4HPC Scholarships
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) has 6 scholarships available that cover the cost of registration for HPNA members to attend the 2023 Team Conference. Applications are due August 15, 2023.
